When you contact us

SunBud product support
SunBud is a wearable wellness product and companion app for UV awareness. App availability, hardware-related features, and device pairing support may depend on product release status and region.
Privacy and data support
For privacy, data access, correction, export, or deletion requests, contact hello@paraversal.com.au or use the in-app privacy controls.
Billing and subscriptions
If subscriptions or in-app purchases are offered, Apple App Store or Google Play may manage billing, cancellation, refunds, and payment settings. Account deletion does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
